Do you sell to the public, or are you only for the trade?

We sell to both the trade and the general public. Anyone can walk in and be served. Our staff are happy to help, and will spend time understanding your requirements even if you are not sure what you need.

What time do I need to order my materials by to get them the next day?

In short, it depends on what you are ordering and where it is going. Generally, we schedule our deliveries for the next day by 12pm. In busy periods this may be earlier, and at quieter times later. However we will always try and accommodate a request if we can even after scheduling. Phone one of our team and they will liaise with our Transport Team to see if we can accommodate what you need.

I've got a sample of what I need but I don't know what it is. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Our staff deal with requests like this every day. Just pop in with your sample, whether it’s a brick, a tile, a paving slab, a washer, a lever, or blade. Our staff will spend time with you to work what you’ve got and what you need.

Instore you can also pay cash. We do not accept American Express.

When coming to branch to collect something ordered online, please bring a copy of the order confirmation, either printed or on your phone. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation either printed or on their phone.
