Online purchases returns procedure


Stocked products can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Specially ordered items are non-returnable.

We accept returns in person at our trade counter, or sent to us by post or courier. By special arrangement large goods may be collected from site, but may incur a haulage fee.

The postage cost for returning stocked items by post is to be paid by the customer. Once the returned goods are received, they will be checked and an exchange offered or a refund issued where appropriate. Where the goods are found to be faulty, the postage cost for returning the items will be reimbursed, as long as a postage receipt is provided.

The products remain the customers’ responsibility until they reach us here. For your own protection we recommend that you send parcels using a recorded or tracked delivery service. We cannot refund items lost in the post.
